◾Educational Qualification:

▪️Female Health Worker (FHW): 487 Posts

Standard 10 pass, FHW Basic Training Course from a recognized institute OR ANM from Indian Nursing Council and Having registration in Indian Nursing Council.

Age Limit: 35 years

▪️Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW): 487 Posts

Standard 10 pass, MPHW Course from a recognized institute OR Diploma course of Sanitary Inspector. 

Age Limit: 35 years

▪️Female Health Supervisor (FHW): 81 Posts

Standard 10 pass, FHW Basic Training Course from a recognized institute OR ANM from Indian Nursing Council and Having registration in Indian Nursing Council. 3 years of experience as a Female Health Worker.

Age Limit: 35 years

▪️Multipurpose Health Supervisor: 81 Posts

Standard 10 pass, MPHW Course from a recognized institute OR Diploma course of Sanitary Inspector. 3 years of experience as a Multipurpose Health Worker.
