The General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) A Government of India Company invites online applications for recruitment of Scale 1 Officers Assistant Manager for fill up 25 vacancy positions in GIC officers in India and Abroad - 2019-20. Eligible Graduate or Post Graduate Indians apply online for General Insurance Officers vacancy 2019-2020 on or before 11th September 2019.

Posts: Assistant Manager (Scale I)

Total No. of Posts: 25 (General Stream – 24, Hindi – 01)

Educational Qualification: 
General Stream: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. At least 60% Marks in either of the Degree exams for General & OBC Candidates and At least 55% Marks for SC / ST Candidates.

Hindi: Post Graduate in Hindi with English as one of the subjects in Graduation OR Post Graduate in English with Hindi as one of the subjects in Graduation with atleast 60% marks in either of the degree examination for General & OBC candidates and atleast 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.

Certification in Translation work or work experience in translation.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 Years as on 21st August 2019. Age relaxation as per Government guidelines.

Compensation / Pay Scale: The package applicable for Scale I officer is with the Basic Pay of ₹ 32,795/- per month in the scale of ₹ 32795- 1610(14)- 55335- 1745(4)- 62315 plus admissible allowances and other non-core benefits. The total gross salary will be approx. ₹ 53,400/- p.m.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and performance in Group Discussion and Interview. The total marks for Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview will be 200.
