7 ઓગષ્ટથી વિવિધ સહાય યોજના જેવી કે તાડપત્રી સહાય યોજના, પંપસેટ સહાય યોજના, પાક સંરક્ષણ સાધનો, વોટર કેરીંગ પાઇપલાઇન, પાક મૂલ્યવૃદ્ધિ અને એગ્રો સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર જેવા વિવિધ ઘટકો હેઠળ સહાય મેળવવા માટે ખેડૂતો અરજી કરી શકે છે.

IKhedut પોર્ટલ ની વાત કરીએ તો રાજયના ખેડુતોને ખેતી માટે જરુર પડતી ખેત સામગ્રી વિષે માહિતી સમયસર મળી રહે, અદ્યતન કૃષિ વિષયક માહિતી આંગળીનાં ટેરવે ઉપલબ્ધ થઈ શકે, વિવિધ કલ્યાણકારી યોજનાઓનો લાભ ખેડૂતોને ઘરઆંગણે આસાનીથી મળી રહે અને હવામાન અને કૃષિ પેદાશોના જુદાજુદા બજારમા ચાલી રહેલ બજારભાવો જાણી શકાય તે માટે કૃષિ અને સહકાર વિભાગ દ્વારા i-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ કાર્યાન્વિત કરેલ છે.

i-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ

ખેડૂતોને મદદરૂપ થવા રાજ્ય સરકાર અનેકવિધ કલ્યાણકારી યોજનાઓ હેઠળ ખેડૂતોને સહાય આપે છે, અને આ સહાય મેળવવા રાજ્યના ખેડૂતોએ આઇ-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ પર અરજી કરવાની હોય છે. યાદીમાં વધુમાં જણાવ્યાનુસાર ખેડૂતોને ખેતીવાડી ખાતાના તાડપત્રી, પંપસેટ, પાક સંરક્ષણ સાધનો, વોટર કેરીંગ પાઇપલાઇન, પાક મૂલ્યવૃદ્ધિ અને એગ્રો સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર જેવા ઘટકો માટે અરજીઓ મેળવવા આઇ ખેડુત પોર્ટલ તારીખ 07 ઓગષ્ટ, 2023ને સોમવારના રોજ સવારે 10:30 કલાકથી ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ કરવા માટે ખુલ્લું મૂકવામાં આવશે.

ચાલુ વર્ષે અરજીઓ મેળવવા બાબતે જે તે તાલુકાનાં લક્ષ્યાંકની 110 ટકા મર્યાદામાં વહેલા તે પહેલાના ધોરણે અરજીઓ ઓનલાઇન થાય તે મુજબનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જેને ધ્યાને લઇ ખેડૂતોએ આ ઘટકોમાં લાભ મેળવવા ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરીને અરજીની નકલ પોતાની પાસે રાખવાની રહેશે, તેમ યાદીમાં જણાવાયું છે.

આઈ ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ પર અરજી કઈ રીતે કરવી?

ખેડૂતો i-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ પરથી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ખેડૂતોએ પોતાના ગ્રામ પંચાયત ખાતેથી પણ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી શકે છે. ખેડૂતો જાતે પણ ઘરે બેઠા Online Form ભરી શકે છે.

• સૌ પેહલા Google ખોલીને “ikhedut” ટાઈપ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• જ્યાં આઈ ખેડૂતની ઓફિશિયલ વેબસાઈટ https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/ ખોલવી.
• આઈ i-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ ખોલ્યા બાદ “યોજના” પર ક્લિક કરવું.
• યોજના પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ તમને વિવિધ ઘટકો દેખાશે, તેમાં તમારે જે ઘટકમાં અરજી કરવાની હોય તે સિલેક્ટ કરો
• જો તમે રજીસ્ટર અરજદાર ખેડૂત છો? જેમાં જો તમે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોય તો હા અને નથી કર્યું તો ના કરવાનું રહેશે.
• ખેડૂતે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોય તો આધારકાર્ડ નંબર અને મોબાઈલ નંબર નાખ્યા બાદ Captcha Image નાખીને અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
• લાભાર્થીએ i-khedut પર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ નથી તો ‘ના’ સિલેકટ કરીને ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
• ખેડૂતે સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી ભર્યા બાદ અરજી સેવ કરો એના પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• સંપૂર્ણ ચોક્ક્સાઈપૂર્વક વિગતો તપાસી અરજી કન્‍ફર્મ કરવાની રહેશે. એક વાર અરજી કન્‍ફર્મ થયા બાદ Application Number માં કોઈ સુધારો કે વધારો થશે નહિં તેની નોંધ લેવી.
• ખેડૂત લાભાર્થીએ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ પોતાની અરજીના આધારે પ્રિ‍ન્‍ટ મેળવી શકશે.

Krushi Rahat Package 2023: ગુજરાતના ધરતપુત્રોના હિતમાં રાજ્ય સરકારે વધુ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. માર્ચ મહિના દરમિયાન થયેલા કમોસમી વરસાદના કારણે રાજ્યના અનેક ખેડૂતોના પાકમાં નુકશાન જોવા મળ્યું હતું. રાજ્ય સરકારે આ બાબતને ગંભીરતાથી ધ્યાને લઇ તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે જિલ્લાવાર સર્વેની કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરી છે અને ખેડૂતો માટે અત્યારસુધીની સૌથી વધુ સહાય આપતું વિશેષ રાહત પેકેજ (Krushi Rahat Package 2023) જાહેર કરવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.

1. હેક્ટર દીઠ 13,500 ઉપરાંત 9,500 રૂપિયા સહાય ચૂકવાશે
2. 13 જિલ્લાના 48 તાલુકાઓમાં નુકસાન થયું છે
3. 33 ટકા કરતા ઓછા નુકસાનમાં સહાય નહી ચૂકવાય

• ખેડૂતોને મળશે નુકશાની સહાય: ઘઉં, ચણા, રાઈ, કેળ, પપૈયાં વગેરે જેવા ખેતી અને વર્ષાયું બાગાયતી પાકો માટે SDRFના ધારાધોરણો મુજબ પ્રતિ હેક્ટર રૂ.૧૩,૫૦૦ની સહાય ઉપરાંત રાજ્ય ભંડોળમાંથી અત્યારસુધીની સૌથી વધુ એવી વધારાની રૂ.૯,૫૦૦ પ્રતિ હેક્ટર સહાય ગણતરીમાં લઈ કુલ રૂ.૨૩,૦૦૦ પ્રતિ હેકટર લેખે ખાતાદીઠ મહત્તમ ૨ હેકટરની મર્યાદામાં સહાય ચૂકવવાની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે.
• જ્યારે આંબા, લીંબુ, જામફળ જેવા બહુવર્ષાયુ બાગાયતી પાકોમાં ૩૩ ટકા કે તેથી વધુ નુકશાનના કિસ્સામાં SDRFના નોર્મસ મુજબ પ્રતિ હેક્ટર મળવા પાત્ર રૂ.૧૮,૦૦૦ની સહાય
• ઉપરાંત રાજ્ય ભંડોળમાંથી રૂ.૧૨,૬૦૦ પ્રતિ હેકટર વધારાની સહાય ગણતરીમાં લઈ કુલ રૂ.૩૦,૬૦૦ પ્રતિ હેકટર લેખે ખાતાદીઠ મહત્તમ ૨ હેકટરની મર્યાદામાં સહાય ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.

જે કિસ્સામાં જમીન ધારકતાના આધારે કુલ સહાયની ચૂકવવાપાત્ર રકમ રૂ.૪૦૦૦ કરતાં ઓછી હશે, તેવા કિસ્સામાં ખાતા દીઠ ઓછામાં ઓછી રૂ.૪૦૦૦ની સહાય ચૂકવવામાં આવશે. જેમાં તફાવતની રકમ રાજ્યના બજેટમાંથી ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.

લાભ લેવા કેવી રીતે કરવી અરજી

આ પેકેજનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે ખેડૂતોએ નિયત અરજી પત્રકના નમૂનામાં ગામ નમૂના નં.૮-અ, તલાટીનો વાવેતરનો દાખલો/ગામ નમૂના નં. ૭-૧૨ સહિતના જરૂરી સાધનિક પુરાવા સાથે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારીને સંબોધાયેલ નિયત નમૂનામાં અરજી કરવાની રહેશે, તેમ તેમણે ઉમેર્યુ હતું.
