▶When sitting in front of a laptop or computer, the body must be positioned centrally to the monitor and keyboard.

▶Your desk might be fairly tidy but having your mouse, phone and keyboard spread all over the desk could be causing you to over-reach.

▶If the levels of cortisol remain too high, this affects the immune system and our bodies become more susceptible to stress-related colds and flu viruses.
